Week 1: Self-Awareness - This week is about practicing and strengthening self-awareness to set a solid foundation for the weeks to come.
Week 2: Mindfulness - This week is about practicing mindfulness to draw attention to and find alignment in your daily decisions to get closer to your goals.
Week 3: Self-Care - This week is about finding self-care activities that work on your terms to support your overall wellbeing, resilience and sustainable business growth.
Week 4: Growth - This week offers three levels of challenges for you to choose from to grow and push past your comfort zone.
